Fateha Begum FCPA

Fateha Begum completed her Master’s in Accounting in 1998 from the National University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She then worked as an accountant for a multinational company in Bangladesh until 2004. In 2006, she completed her Master of Professional Accounting at Edith Cowan University (ECU) in Australia, which provided her with a strong understanding of Australian tax laws and regulations.
From 2006 to 2009, Fateha Begum worked as a tax accountant with various accounting firms. In 2009, she started her own business as a Registered Tax Agent under the company name Focus Taxation and Accounting Services.
Currently, she holds Fellow Membership with the Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and is confident in her ability to communicate in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
MD Anwar Hossain NTAAF

MD Anwar Hossain completed his Master’s in Accounting in 1994 from the National University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and his Bachelor of Accounting in 1992 from Dhaka University, Bangladesh. He began his career as an Assistant Accountant in 1992, and in 2004, he left his position as Accounts Manager at a multinational company in Bangladesh.
In 2000, to enhance his practical knowledge of financial management while fulfilling a managerial role in accounts, he successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), an institution governed by the Bangladesh Government.
MD Anwar Hossain has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry as a Cost Accountant and Financial Management Accountant. Recognizing that taxation laws differ in Australia, he furthered his expertise by graduating with a Graduate Certificate in Taxation from Curtin University of Technology in 2010.
In Australia, he has worked in various sectors, including mining, real estate, investigation, hospitality, property management, and accounting firms, holding roles such as Payroll Officer, Accountant, Accounts Manager, and Company Secretary. During this time, he also started his own bookkeeping and accounting business, F & F Accounting Services, and works as a manager at Focus Taxation and Accounting.
Currently, he holds a Fellow membership of the National Tax & Accountants' Association (NTAA). He also holds an agency ship with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and works as a director in the Digital Service Provider (DSP) industry at AARKS Australia Pty Ltd. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMRIS) and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
He is confident in his ability to communicate in both Bengali and English.

He has a proven track record in planning, developing, implementing, and directing the organization’s operational and fiscal functions to ensure strong performance. Yotirmoy works closely with the finance team to develop solid cash flow projections and reporting mechanisms, including setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs. He performs accurate analysis of financial trends and budgets, implements improvements, and enforces policies and procedures designed to increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company. He also provides expert financial guidance and solutions and acts as a strategic advisor, offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations, or business deals the corporation may enter. Additionally, he evaluates the company’s financial, operational, and sales & marketing structures, planning for continuous improvements and increasing operating efficiencies.

He is skilled at leading multidisciplinary teams, improving financial control environments, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Monowar also has a proven track record in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, supporting strategic financial goals, and managing company tax, BAS, and GST.
Additionally, he is committed to delivering excellence in financial advisory services and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Monowar is well recognized for his exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to customer service excellence.

Ali Shah holds both a Master of

which he earned from Murdoch University in Perth in 2016. He is currently
working toward his Chartered Accounting (CA) accreditation with Chartered
Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), of which he is also a
professional member. Ali brings a wealth of experience, having worked in
managerial roles across various industries, including transport, mining, and
education, in Western Australia. His responsibilities have included overseeing
payroll management, conducting bank reconciliations, preparing profit and loss
statements, maintaining asset registers, preparing financial reports with
analytical insights, and clearing audits with firms like KPMG and Deloitte. He
also has extensive experience in preparing monthly BAS and FBT reports for
large organizations and interpreting industry awards"
